Quick Summary
This discussion helps a retired central government employee determine the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form to file. Considering income from LIC pension, mutual fund commissions, rental income, share sales, and bank FD interest, the consensus points towards filing ITR-3. Even with commission amounts under £45,000, ITR-3 remains the appropriate form due to the nature of the income.

You need to file ITR 3
Itr 3 you need to file sir as you have commission

Thanks sir/madam for your reply, i had received commission in mutual fund less than 45000. Still need to fill ITR 3

Yes  for commission

Whether it's commission or dividend? I think it would be in the nature of dividend. however, ITR 3 would be the apt form as suggested by Mr. jatinder and Ms. ayusmita

Thanks all for your valuable feedback
