is guidance value and stamp duty value one and the same ?? if not what is the difference between these two ?

Synonyms........ no difference as such.

Guideline Value of a land is the valueof the land as determined by the Government, based on its own metrics of facilities and infrastructure growth in that locality. The stamp duty and registration charges for registering a property deal, is based upon thisGuideline Value.
