The completion of articleship date in my Institute Identity Card is 10-10-2011. Still i have`nt submitted Form-108. Its been more than 2 months after date. What should i do now? I live in Tirupati, But my Employer`s office is in chennai. Where should i submit the required forms?

you can submit your articlshp cmpltn form along with delay fine and a letter stating the reason for such delay.
you need to get the form and letter signed by your employer and then submit the same where you registered for your articlshp or you can dirctly send it to noida
but it is advicable to submit the same eithr in chennai or tirupati wherevr u got urslf regstrd wid the instt.
