Sfm - for self study which book no idea but for classes if you are from kolkata sanjay Saraf sir, Delhi - aaditya Jain sir or satellite class. Or if you want to take classes at home through dvd cd or pen drive then ca mayank kothari farooq haque classes.

I would highly recommend you to refer Study Material.
(Study Material here means one which is provided by ICAI. I am highlighting this point because , in the era of coaching centres , many students are aware of existence of ICAI's study material)

Reason:
Institute expects from student to answer the questions in certain specified manner, though it not written explicitly anywhere it is implied.

The ICAI has simplified provisions of law and yet maintained content of the acts intact.

By reading study material you will get flavor of the same and you will be in position to answer the question in most appropriate manner.

You can also refer good books available in market, however, you will have to overwhelm extra syllabus.
