I suggest u to start ur preparation right from this time.At this moment u have a lot of time.Join in the good tuitions now itself and plan ur schedule so that u can concentrate on studies aswell on ur articleship. And try to update urself with the new amendments. In final u have theory subjects, and in exams u put to practical questions (corporate law,auditing, direct tax, indirect tax). So start from these theory subjects and concentrate more on case laws.
As u have with sufficient time I suggest u to go for both the groups.

hi
i m confused about my term for exam. actually i passed pee2 exam in nov 09 term and atarted articleship from 23 april 2010. so my exam dues in may 2012 but recently my few frens who were also from pee 2 got letter with matter that they can gice their exam six months before. if this provision is implemented then my exams will due in nov 2011, so i need guidence whether this provision has been implemented and i m confused about exam term.
please kindky help me in this regards.
