My Question is that can any Public limited company give guarantee to any partnership firm in india if yes, then under which section....
As per Section 295 a public limited company can give guarantee to a partnership firm in which its director is a partner with prior approval of Central Govt...
but in my case in partnership firm partners are neither a director of the company nor a relative of the directors now in that case a public limited company give guarantee or not
you are requested to plz mention section with your ans or any departmental clarification in this regard.......
