incase of GTA is not liable to pay under RCM basis, what details should we show in Gstr-3b and Gstr-1

Are you service provider or receiver not clear?
If service provider: then you need to file GSTR-1 by uploading B2B invoice with details and tick reverse charge mechanism.
And in GSTR-3B there is no such column as I have discussed, get advice for Table 4 column 3, Many saying under Table 3 under Nil rated.
If you are service recipient : RCM liable service - 3B only Table 4.
No RCM then under table 3 nil rated.
