no liable to reg... if turnover more then 20 lakh then he liable for reg

The GTA only liable to be register under GST .if , he provide the GTA service to unregistered person .

Pls try to understand what i have written in comment. i am explaining again here. GTA provide the service to unregistered person than registration is compulsory for GTA.
