Is a GTA liable to registration under GST? What are documents required?

no liable to reg... if turnover more then 20 lakh then he liable for reg
The GTA only liable to be register under GST .if , he provide the GTA service to unregistered person .
GTA provide to unregistered is exempt from GST
Pls try to understand what i have written in comment. i am explaining again here. GTA provide the service to unregistered person than registration is compulsory for GTA.
