Yes.If it is Goods Transport Agency.Otherwise not.
it is exempt i correct myself it was nit meant to write 'not exempt' gta service to unregistered person is exempt
yes unregistered transporter freight taxable for registered receipeint .. 5 RCM you have to pay note - not matter transporter is registered or not if he raise builty without tax ( if transporter reg or not ) receipent have to pay RCM on it
