I have a transporters' LR copy/Bilti
It says Tax is payable on Reverse charge without further mentioning by consignor or consignee.
Tax details are not computed and not mentioned on LR.
And LR is of "TO PAY" type.
And it misses out on information like truck number.
Does it qualify to be called as Consignment Note?
Do I have to pay GST under RCM because it's mentioned in the copy?

Yes if you have avail the GTA Services you are require to do RCM.
