Yes both type issue invoice .
As per GTA services Tax will be Payable by Recipient then how to you give "Tax Invoice @ 5%"...
You ll give Just RCM invoice for GTA services..

It is the option available to GTA as per the notification issued by the government by exercising powers conferred u/s 9(3) Of CGST Act, 2017/ Section 5(3) of IGST Act, 2017.
