my company 2017-18 total turnover 1.2 cr, I'm not fil GSTR9,
but 2018-19 total turnover 2.02 cr, so how can file GSTR9, if yes to how?

Government has not open gstr9 for 1819
The last date to file GSTR 9 for FY 2017-18 is 31/1/2020,..... hence for 2018-19 , the form will available only after the said date.
