it is not possible to maintain computer for all businesses. if they have more than 100 or 150 invoices shall they manually enter. it will take more time. is there any shortcut

Yes its possible , if you start filling the form on daily basis, as soon as you book purchase in book try to enter the same on online or offline utility

file by offlline means. always try to enter weekly or on monthly basis to avoid work load at last time of filing returns.
