Is it necessary to mention details of purchase made in gstr 4 of Oct to Dec 18?

if purchase is done on rcm basis and you have purchased from unregistered persons than you need to show Purchases while.filing Gstr4.
If Purchase is done on B2B basis then there is no need to show Purchases while Filing Gstr4 for composition scheme dealers

RCM on URD is deferred to 30/9/19
hence RCM on inward supply under section 9(3) , ie Advocate GTA is to report in GSTR 4 under 4b

PURCHASE FROM URD IS TREATED AS EXEMPTED INWARD SUPPLY TILL 30/09/2019 , HENCE NO NEED TO SHOW IN GSTR-4
