When I am filling GSTR 3B of February month then this message is coming and had I filed GSTR 3B of January on time and status is also showing Filed
I had made complaint of self service portal but no response.
Please guide me what to do

check there is some other problem
as u filed Jan GSTR 3B so portal should allowed u to file for Feb
see there is some other problem, may be .
if u have acknowledgment of return filed attach with your mail and take screen short of current status. communication address has been changed of GST Council also confirm you are sending it to correct address.
