Gstr3b error- lg9063

getting error "Data for the Internal Transaction Id already posted.If error persists quote error number LG9063 when you contact customer care for quick resolution." while filing GSTR3B. Customer Care and raised grievance/ complaint also, no resolution. Due date is past. Tried changing browser from Chrome to Firefox. Nothing worked. Please advise.

GSTR 3B NOT OFFSET LIABILITY WE ARE HAVING CREDIT LEDGER BALANCE ALSO BUT NOT OFFSET, SYSTEM IS SHOWN ERROR "SYSTEM IS ENCOUNTERED PLZ TRY AFTER SOME TIME " FOR LAST 2 DAYS IT'S SAME PROBLEM

the same Error in GSTR-4 2018-19 4th QTR
