We are unable to download GSTR2A since 2 June 2019 onwards, Portal is showing always "Generation is under process, try after some more time" this is showing after 1day also.
subsequently we have raised a grievance to resolve the above issue on 2 June 2019, till now it is not resolved by GST HELPDESK, we have provided all screenshots thru mail also.
today we face the same problem while downloading GSTR2A for year 2017-18 also.
pl advice what to do
Same problem is facing by everyone. Since last five days gstr portal is not generating 2A/3B/1 json excel files.
What to do Mayur ji, even I tweeted @ gsttech in twitter also.
No solution provided yet.
