Im holding Normal GST No. My question is GSTR2 is compulsory to file every month before filling GSTR 3B. I purchased in October 2018 but seller has not updated it so my GSTR 2A is not showing any invoice. Tommorow is last date for filing GSTR 3B. Should i file first GSTR 2 before GST 3B

As of Now, there is no requirement to file GSTR-2, you can proceed to file GSTR-3B.

But in GST2A draft if we click on GSTR 2 it gives option to add bill and status shows not filed

IGNORE GSTR_2 FOR THE TIME BEING AS THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO FILE GSTR_2
FILE GSTR_3B ON TIMELY
