Some entries in GSTR2 A even before cut off date is not autopopulated

Supplier has not filed GSTR1 , that's why not autopopulated in 2A and 2B , Inform supplier to file GSTR1 .
2A is dynamic while 2b is static. so entries in 2b will be reflected only when gstr 1 is filled before the due date by the dealer otherwise they will be reflected in next month's 2b.
check the due dates for gstr 1. there were no extension of gstr 1 due dates for June.

Please raise a ticket on GST greivances portal
You can go to GST greivances portal and register a ticket there
Procedure for filing the gst grievance
Go to the Grievance Redressal Portal
Click on Report Issue/Complaint
In the Type of Issue/Concern,
Select the exact issue.
The system will display FAQs and help content related to the issue selected
If the FAQs do not solve the problem, select the button ‘No, I want to lodge my complaint’.
Enter the details of the issue:
Upload the support documents
A success message will appear on screen with Ticket Reference Number
