Kindly check that you are using GSTR 1 Returns Offline Tool Version V2.4 or not , if it's old than download latest version...
Otherwise same issue you file gstr 1 b2b then b2c then cdnr then last hsn then file is not upload any one you got your answers yourself
Credit note/debit note against invoice no&date disable the gstr1 so
your record removed the against invoices &date
