finally after 1 month of frustration,, my utility worked,,, THANKS  A LOT for this simple solution, Worked Like Charm

Hi, What if I deleted the whole GSTOffline and GSTOffline64 key from registry editor?

Any solution because when I am installing new version, the blank screen is only visible
