I have a sale invoice with multi tax rate. My question is how can i show in b2b sheet for multitax? Which figure i have to show in 'invoice value' column all tax rate?

Is Invoice as per the rule  46 of  the CGST act  2017  ?. Tax  invoice (GST)   should be as per the rule 46 .

Specify by invoice number and gst rate % in the excel sheet.

But i m confused that which amount i have to show in 'invoice value' column. Can i show the same invoice value for individual tax rate item in same invoice?

Yes you have to show same Invoice value each rate of tax
