Gstr1 not submitted

Many users are experiencing difficulties submitting their GSTR1 returns, with the GST portal reportedly under maintenance and not functioning correctly. A key issue is the OTP not being received on registered email addresses, only on mobile numbers, which is a change from previous functionality. This is preventing timely submissions before the January 17th deadline, and some users are also not receiving acknowledgment emails after attempting to file.
