As per NN-58/2017, Time period for filing GSTR-1 from July to Oct 2017 is 31 Dec 2017.
Now can i file it will accept without fileing gstr 2 July

But till yet gst portal is not allowed for gstr 1 for the month of Aug Sept and Oct.
Yes portal is not allowing to submit and file return for August. Don't know what finance ministry is upto. Fed up with all this delay and uncertainty of GST.
