facing same issue, not able to affix DSC to generated Json file

i have filed my one of the gstr_9c but now in the second one the error is "signed summery is not the latest one"

i have the same issue , how i had dealt with ....

download the error file (json) >> paste it in folder where the gst offline utility  >> open the error file after restarting the offline utility >> it will work and show the errors in error boxes 

in my case , the error as follows shown in offline utility after uploading error json file

I had this error when i uploaded the json for the first time but now the figures in GSTR 9C are exactly matching with the GSTR 9 extract pdf (4 fields) and the GST portal is still saying that - "Processed with Error"

open that file in offline excel utility of gstr_9c 

ERROR  STATUS BUT NO ERROR REORT - NOW WHEN WE DOWNLOAD FILE 9C FROM GST PORTAL WHERE TO OPEN IT

ON ERROR FILE SOCKET OR ABOVE IT DOWNLOADED FROM GST PORTAL ON LEFT HAND SIDE OF UTILITY ?

IF ANY ONE HAVE SOLVED SUCH PROBLEM PLEASE REPLY

I had tried to upload GSTRC but continuously receiving error massage.  Then i had download error JSON file from site.

And tried to open that error filr in Offline utility of GSTR9C but even that error file also not  open and showing error " Unable to open file, file is not in proper format".

Please provide solution if anybody facing same issue.

Please take help of the automatic generated draft GSTR 9c available at the portal after filing of GSTR 9, it will help you to find out which figures are to be reported in table 9 of the GSTR 9C

If you have paid through DRC 03, include that payment too in such a way that Amount payable (in annual return) matches with Amount paid in point 9Q of GSTR 9C
