This issue have been solved. I uploaded very easily gstr 9c through www.gstzen.in. All may reap the benefits. Thanks to all of you.

In GSTR-9C Excel utility file, PT III (11) sheet, column no "H" must be kept blank. and try once. If error not rectified after this trail call me. my number is 7075048842 / Jai.

Getting same error. Error : The certificate entered is invalid". Error code:  " RET9C91104 "

Please guide. DSC is valid. PAN is correct. WSWEB file is in same folder. Microsoft version is also OK. Then also, Same error is encountered.

This problem would be there is a case where the books are audited by another CA and you are conducting the audit under GST. This is not solved by the software supplier. Where and whom to ask GOD knows.
