GSTR 9A OR GSTR C which form will be filed
one dealer from.the registration was a regular dealer but after three months he opt compound and after one quarter he again opt regular kindly advise to which forms will be filled

He file both return i.e. Gstr9 or Gstr9A for their respective periods
If your turnover exceeds 2cr 9c also

Yes thats for sure that you have to file both forms the GSTR 9 & 9A, as the return has been postponed to 31/03 19 so wait for updates in regard
