Can we declare additional sales in GSTR 9 other than those which are auto populated?

Yes you can declare additonal sales and pay tax Through DSC 03.

Pay Tax with Interest through DRC-03 Form.

Yes you can...... but need to pay GST if it's not reported in 3b till 31/3/2019
