It is 31st January, 2020 as per latest extension.
The Due Date to file ANNUAL RETURN i.e. FORM GSTR-9 :
For FY 2017-18 : 31.01.2020.
For FY 2018-19 : 31.03.2020.
However, filing of Annual Return has been made "OPTIONAL" for Registered Person whose Aggregate Turnover does not exceeds Rs. 2 core for FY 2017-18.
