Hi,
As per one notification filings of Annual return was made optional. Now new notification says that due date has been extended. Is it mandatory or optional to file gst annual return if turnover is less than 50 lakhs.

Both Notifications are applicable as per it's limits...
If Your turn over 50 laksh then it's optional...
If Your turn over 50 laksh then it's optional...
If I dont upload gst 9 and that particular notificatiom is mention deemed to upload so if any mistake is there is consider as deemed to have done if I m not filing???
