No... GST annual return for FY 17-18 can't be extended from 31/01/2020.
Also GSTN tweet no way extend the due date...

Till now not extended but chances are more and very high to extend the date for filing og 9 & 9C of FY 2017-18.
Govt doesn't show mercy on us..it will not extended by gov
