There is a excess itc taken in 3b so there is minus figure in table 6J of GSTR 9.How can I add this difference in additional tax liability payable through DRC-03?

There might be the case where such case can be arised . So it is suggested that Add the excess liability to be paid in the point 9 of GST 9 and make the payment THROUGH DRC 03
