GSTR 9 Due Date
is there Any Notice or Chances regarding Extend date of GSTR 9 ????

No extension has been notified, as yet...
I don't think so....
Already the Government has extended the due date of filing FORM GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and GSTR-9C by 8 months i.e. 31.08.2019.
However if any glitches arises in the portal while filing Annual Return, then you "may" expect extension of Due Date.
