Gstr 9 annual return

I have an issue where in annual return GSTR 9 in table 8 auto poputaed field of ITC as per 2A showing no values where as i have input in FY 18-19.what shal i do now

Ask the party to ask other party if they have file it or not
again what amount is the amount

Each month of 2018-19 2A have itc but in gstr9 auto populated table no 8 where itc availabe as per 2A is showing nill value
