As per "Press Note" issued by Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, dated 28th February 2021, the due date for filing Annual Return ( FORM GSTR-9 ) and Reconciliation Statement and Audit Report ( FORM GSTR-9C ) has been extended to 31st March 2021 from earlier 28th February 2021.
