GSTR 4A Excel file generated from GSTIN portal not open and showing extension issue kindly suggest me what to do for resolve this issue.

The issue is likely because the downloaded file is in a ZIP format that must be extracted first, or the file was corrupted during download. Extract the ZIP folder to reveal the Excel file, and if it still doesn't open, re-download the file from the GST portal.
