gstr 4 reset option

This is very problematic for the first time gstr 4 return filing. when will reset option for Gstr 4 enable ?  how can this gst site collect tax on purchases from composite dealer ?  They would have not give the option to fill 4B as they did for 4A. or elso they would have instruct to fill only number 6 for sales.

I have not filed GSTR4 for Jul-Sep, only submited my GSTR4. But when I reset it this mssg hits my face everytime :-
