After uploading JSON file for GSTR 4, it was processed with Errors, after i clicked generate file. it says "File Generation is in progress, please try after sometime.." this is happening of the past 1 day. Is there any solution for this?

Yes i did call them, they asked me to send an email to them which i have done, and awaiting response.
Also when i click on preview it shows everything except for the Purchase details. It shows the number of bills but doesnt show taxable amount or CGST or SGST either.
So does that mean that there is no error in the JSON file ? and is ti good to go ahead and file the retuns?

Yes its still showing processed with Errors... but not able to find the error report. it still keeps showing generating error file.
