now instead of gstr 4 . cmp 08 is to be filed quarterly
GSTR 4 has to be filed only once for the entire financial year
In CMP08 form mentioned outward supply ( including Exempted).

Trader is not required to pay tax on exempt supply as per rule 7 of CGST Rules.
