is purchase under 4A is compulsory in case of composition dealer??....i.e purchase from register dealer under 4A.....

Purchase is not required to be inserted in Gstr4a for third quarter. just insert the sale only. but do not forget to insert the data attracting rcm , if any.

Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory and no need to be shown in gstr4.

As per Notification 60/2018 CT : No need to provide Purchase details.

There is no RCM on inward supply from URD , hence such purchase are treated as Exempted inward supply So no need report it in 4b . Report only inward supply on which RCM is applicable ie GTA , Advocates etc falling u/s 9(3) in table 4b of GSTR 1
