Do we need to upload purchases from registered supplies in Gstr 4 for return filing period Jan to march 2018. Pls. confirm.

No, it is not required to furnish the details in Table 4A. Refer Press release on 17 April 2018 in relation to this.
No need in the 4th Quarter
need to upload only inward supplies attracts RCM,.. under section 9(3)
