Is there any GSTR-4 new version Offline tool for filing GSTR-4 Return JAN-MARCH 2018?

Yes available on gst website.
Yes, but the tax period only display two quarters ie JULY-SEP, OCT-DEC but not for JAN-MARCH ?? PLZ fix this problem..
