gstr 3b verses gstr1
Sir, my total output liability is 8 lac and which is i am disclose in gstr1 form and filled but I have a short payment receipt from vendor's that why i can't pay whole gst liability in gstr3b of respective month so till now I am not filled 3b but I am already filled gstr 1 so you suggest me can I file 3b with short payment of tax means what are payment I maid his basic value show and filled 3b for relief of penalty. But I know gstr 1 and 3b are mismatch of liability so can if I file 3b now any department proceeding initiated me. I am paid tax in next month return or when I am received payment as much as early now it is not possible so please suggest me what can I do file 3b or not awaiting till all payment of tax not maid.

You will pay the tax now in order to reduce interest liability on it...

I am already filled Gstr 1 and show full liability and now if I filled 3B less amount it occurred mismatch any procedural action taken agniate me.
clarification for same is required..... But not such a big matter to explain....
gstr3b is provisional return so don't worry but pay the liabilities is next month gstr3b
but notices for difference b/w gstr-1 & gstr -3b are issued by Deptt...... So advisable to prepare clarification for same....
it means when I have sufficient payment only than I am able to file 3b otherwise procedural action taken against me any other options which I awail.
