GSTR 3B- Section 17(5)
In GSTR 3B, I had filled ITC amount RS.10000 and 1500 as ineligible credit under section 17 (5). After submitted and filed the same, I had noticed 'In viewing ITC Claimed and declared' that Rs.15000 was claimed in GSTR3B. what means this incident/transaction and what it reflected In GSTR 9?

You have mistaken.
The value Under 17(5) do not reduce from the Value in table Other ITC .
hence only ,10000/- must have reflected in credit ledger
