i have opted quarterly return option for GSTR1 now i will file quarterly return till 31 july. now my question is when to file GSTR 3B for April to june 2018. as we know that we have to file GSTR 1 before GSTR 3B.
kindly guide.

due date for every month is 20th of next month though you have choosed quarterly filing of gstr 1 then also you have to file monthly 3b
Hi Surya,
Since your turnover must be upto Rs 1.5 crores pa, you shall be required to file the GSTR-1 (Return of Outward supplies) on quarterly basis only. So for you, the deadline to file R-1 for April-June quarter shall be the last day of July'18.
However, GSTR-3B is a summaried return (relating to outwards supplies, ITC & tax payable) which is required to be filed on monthly basis mandatorily. So the due dates for GSTR-3B for you shall be:
For April month - 20th MAY 18
For May month - 20th June 18
For June month - 20th July 18
There is no such direction that GSTR-1 is to be file before GSTR-3B.
Please note for April month GSTR 3B due date 22.05.2018 (Extended)
