GSTR -3B Outward supply

In table 3.1 you should have to mention all outward weather it is interstate or intrastate, weather it is composite supply or registered and unregistered dealer.

in 3.2 you mention only those interstate supply which is made to unregistered person ,composition person and UIN holder.

yes you should have to given detail again but remember you not exclude this sale from 3.1 when fill the detail of 3.2 because government want to know the actual interstate supply which is made to composite, unregistered or UIN holder

if you sale interstate to unregistered then you should have to fill in both

Sir, my client is own business for tailoring & drapers, he is regular registred for gst return,

sir can i change for regular to compsitation under  gst ??
