Gstr 3b offline utility for april 18

Can anyone send me olline tool for the month of April 2018. In the website still it is not updated. Becuase in the place of year it is still 2017-18.

Is it possible to file the return or export from that too?

When I upload I get error messgae, error code is RT-3BSP104

What is that error means? Which year did you put? there is only one option that is 2017-18.

No. They havent updated the offline utility yet for GSTR 3B.
