where to show debit note in gstr 3b
whether it is shown as net of purchases or not shown at all ??

There is no separate coloum for showing debit or credit note in GSTR3B. your purchase order sales in GSTR 3B should be net of debit or credit note

in GSTr 3b there is no column to show Ur purchases, it's column for input (ITC) on purchases , show it by reducing ITC for that particular month
