GSTR 3B for FY 2017-18
A cable operator not file his gstr3b first 3 months after get gat no. and thereafter he file gstr3b monthly. problem is this when he try to file gstr9 then it comes to the knowledge of the applicant that first 3 months gstr3b not file and ITC not claim. what is the solution.

I think system showing incorrect message. Bcoz, GSTR 3B return can't file without filing of previous month return.
