GSTR 3B FILING ERROR

take a snap shot of the error message and send to the cutomer care along with TRANS 1 filing acknowledgment 

so many complaints are submitted at helpdesk as well as new grevience site, but no reply from them

It's a technical error. I have also the same issue. we are blaming the gst officers and gst officers are blaming infosys for this... Better to file a complanit along with the related documents.

No hope, submitted several complaints, yet to be received any reply or suggestions from them
